Welcome!

A group of people including Stacey stand on stage with awards in their hands. Stacey is proudly holding their blue walking stick.

Stacey is a game accessibility specialist and educator, with a passion for inclusion and amplifying disabled voices in the industry.

Stacey has spent the last few years consulting on gaming accessibility with a particular interest in cognitive accessibility, using their own lived experience with fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and autism to help inform and educate developers. Now a retired content creator, their history as a Twitch streamer gave them a wealth of experience speaking at events and advocating for disabled creators, which helped with their eventual foray into public speaking on accessibility at events such as GDC, GRUX and GAconf.

Stacey also worked closely with Can I Play That?, the leading destination for game accessibility news and reviews, to develop and teach accessible community management. Although the workshop is no longer available through Can I Play That?, Stacey continues to offer these workshops under a new name: minimap.
